Precision Genetic Testing For Personalized Brain And Heart Wellness
The latest advancement in personalized genetic and precision medicine involves the use of polygenic risk scores to identify high risk individuals at an earlier age allowing earlier interventions to promote wellness and longevity.
The polygenic risk score program at the Brain and Heart Wellness Center identifies genetic variations across hundreds to thousands of genes that can increase or decrease the long term risk of developing Alzheimer’s Dementia, Stroke, CAD (coronary artery disease), dyslipidemias (high cholesterol), HTN (high blood pressure), DM2 (diabetes mellitus), AFIB (atrial fibrillation).
Our program includes 2 phases: home based testing with a simple mouth swab or several drops of saliva followed by 2 virtual consultations with both a neurologist and preventive cardiologist to create personalized feedback and action plans.
The Brain and Heart Wellness Center will review your results in two separate consultations with board certified physicians, Neurologist, Dr. Jennifer Buczyner and Preventive Cardiologist, Dr. Jason Reingold.
Our physicians are committed to optimizing your future trajectory with a written plan to optimize your brain and heart wellness.
